Captain Hook is an AI-powered tool that generates strategic video hook ideas, prompts, and scripts to help creators and marketers maximize viewer engagement in the first 1–3 seconds.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service lawfully, and respect third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to Captain Hook features is granted under subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUX GLOBAL LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
